The cookies we set

t_cookie_ack Remembers your response to the cookie banner. Lifetime: 12 months.

JSESSIONID Session identifier set by the ticketing backend during checkout. Lifetime: session only.

t_csrf CSRF token attached to forms to prevent forged submissions. Lifetime: session only.

Cookies we do not set

No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no third-party analytics.
No advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels.
No social-media pixels (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok).
No browser fingerprinting, session replay or heatmaps.

Removing cookies

You can remove the cookies above at any time through your browser settings (usually under Privacy & Security → Cookies). Blocking the t_cookie_ack cookie has no effect except that the cookie banner will reappear on each visit.

Cookies set by the payment processor

When you proceed to the secure checkout you are forwarded to our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. That domain sets its own cookies governed by its own cookie policy, which is linked from the checkout page.
